I have to say that it honestly hadn't occurred to me until your reaction that, oh yeah, Question lives there, duh! XD
I'd just been trying to figure out a logical place for Jarvis to have lived and came up with Hub. (Because it made sense at the time! I didn't think it through very much!)

It is logical, if we want to get geeky (which we do). If I'm remembering right, Ted used to be in Hub City. So it's semilogical.

Exactly what I was thinking! Ted's origin thing was in Hub, which is where I assumed he was working with Jarvis. So yes, semilogically, Jarvis could've been living in Hub. Hooray! My geekiness makes sense! ^_^
