Yup there's Pro-Fem and Pro-Men (drugs that make you turn into the gener indicated by the name, but you need a monthly dose), and also Grandin Gender-Reversal Germs(or Disease). I'm not sure if it has side effects. Why would you need a rug if the germs don't have side effects? Hm.
