I really think that Iconoclast could be one of the most terrifying villains of the DC, great thinking on that one and a GREAT idea how to defeat him.

Iconoclast would *terrorize* the DCU if he existed in canon.
It'd be great to see how the heroes acknowledged that they are Big Damn Symbols and interesting to see how they decided who was low enough on the totem pole to face him.

Wonder how long it would TAKE them to figure out how to defeat him.

I think there would be a lot of ego in the way, and also some casualties when some heroes don't think they're worth anything and then find out how much of an icon they are (Booster and Beetle just for starters).

I think it would be a really cool arc.

First off, icon love. That's one of my favorite moments. (Part of me secretly hopes that we'll find out Booster has been wearing an arm band with a beetle on it all this time.)

Second, I really liked this story. I was a little dubious about the premise but you made it work. I loved how it touched on my favorite thing about the two of them - they're really just some guys, but that doesn't make them not heroes.

(Plus I'm a sucker for whenever Booster can allow himself to be "Michael Carter". Oh, Mike Mickey Booster.)

It was one of the scenes that made me fall hard for them as a ship.

I'm glad you liked it, and I do like the idea of them of just two guys, playing at heroes and not really finding themselves worthy (but they really, really are).
