SGA in a nutshell: The lost city of Atlantis is in the Pegasus galaxy and a group of scientists and military get there through a one-way trip through the Stargate (wormhole in a giant ring, looks like a pool on its side, flushes/kawooshes out when you turn it on). They wake up the Wraith (soul-sucking goth catfish aliens) who treat Pegasus like an all-you-can-eat people buffet. (Also, they met the Athosians, who are warrior hippies or something.) Naturally, they don't wanna get et, so they fight the Wraith. They do not succeed much and their lives generally consist of trying to find supplies (little things like food and such), geeking out over Atlantis's tech, trying to avoid getting killed by Atlantis's tech, and making friends (and enemies) with the Pegasus humans. Some of this is done by sending teams through the Stargate, and the show mainly focuses on the exploits of the main team, consisting of Major John Sheppard (smarter than he looks, described as Pegasus's answer to Captain Kirk, owner of gravity-defying hair, promoted to Lt ( ... )

:O :O :O

...and in the end, it was not the proliferation of SGA porn that sucked her in, it was the fatal combination of SGA and superheroes. (Which had some porn. Also, man-eating bunnies.)

I have never been exposed to SG:Atlantis (thought I loved SG:1), but this was damn bloody brilliant!

Oh Booster!

And I love how you managed to work in the 'Alien tech made us do it' excuse :D

Also, you need to work in the whole 'Ted got brainwashed into attemtping to kill Max' plot. That way every time he complains about Max trying to kill him, Booster can go "But you're the one who did it first!"
Which would leave Ted snarky and out of sorts, he'd grumble under his breath about what he is going to do to Booster when he least expects it.

I normally avoid SGA like the plague, but I had to read this. And it was fun! :D

I would love to see Guy in a position of authority with these guys. Heh.

Oh, My, Gawd. That was damn good. Not only did I enjoy the hell out of that I now want to watch ST:A, which I'd been succesfully resisting so far.

Awesome-cakes! I never got into Atlantis, but I did watch a bit of SG-1. I may have to check it out. Especially with the soul-sucking goth catfish aliens.
