The idea that Booster is dead, but hasn't actually been born yet hadn't occured to me until I read this. It made me feel better, or at least more hopeful. Thank you.

If you'll excuse what is perhaps poor taste, I can honestly say that Booster died before his time. (Or at least will, because somehow he's not really dead! Lalala not listening!)
