Impulse is still at the point where he seesaws about it depending on who he's talking to. He met Barry once in the past and surprisingly, instead of "this is the Flash" he was mosly "omg omg Grandpa be proud of meeee ;;" which is mainly where his desire to be the Flash comes from. Don't get me wrong, Bart loves helping people. Bart really and truly wants to do good just because he is that dorky kid who, while having questionable applications of his morals at times, would do anything to make someone stop crying. But to be the Flash is because he loves his grandfather, adores his grandmother, and wants more than anything to be worthy of them.

At the same time if he talks to Wally for extended periods he'll swing back to "stuff you, I don't have to follow in your footsteps to be a great superhero" because Wally is very good at making him feel like a huuuuuge screw up even if Bart desperately wants his approval as well, he'll never admit to himself how much he does. ...heck, he even wore a "What Would Flash Do?" wristband for an issue. Oh Bart.

Really the whole legacy thing fluxuates from annoying him that he has his path set out for him like when Wally says it, to making him really wish he could be better when it means he disappoints people he loves. I think if he had more time to talk to people besides Max (who is part of the legacy in a way that makes him easier to relate to but...it's Max) Bart would settle more. Possibly a long heart-to-heart with Jessie Quick after the Lightning Saga if she wasn't going to yell at him for stealing candy from her jar at work at superspeed.

Booster and Nodame relationship plz (am I whipped? I feel whipped)

Booster thinks Nodame is great! He's not attracted to her, but he thinks she's a lot of fun to be around, and very nice. He's confused by her antics often, because she just so childlike, but he would hang out with her a lot. He knows she's a good person, and she seems to genuinely like him! So points on there. Sometimes she does awkward things, though, (like jump on his bed with her shoes on) but she's there to help him out, and he appreciates that.

How does Chiaki feel about other people's relationships with Nodame?

Chiaki is pretty self-absorbed so he doesn't care much except where he has a paranoid need to make sure she hasn't picked up a random pervert hobo off the street that would take advantage of her. Because it's happened before. So Chiaki isn't the type to be jealous or disapproving unless the people she associated with influenced her to doing terrible things and then he cries because it's just like being back with the S-oke :(
