Apparently there's a Torchwood comic book coming up. Be interesting to see how they manage to keep the essential Torchwood favour, let alone handle the recent events.
Little girls in these sorts of shows are always creepy. Well, they're meant to be, except when they're bashing you over the head with anvils.
Oh, look! It's another resurrection glove! Gosh, never saw that coming. But did love that Jack's ostensible reason for bringing Owen back is to get the access code for the alien morgue. *snerk* Just can't bring himself to say it, can he?
Bonus points for Ianto and his stopwatch, counting down Owen's life. Minus points for not actually showing it.
And yes - Owen's first thoughts would naturally lead him straight to alcohol and then sex.
Yes, Tosh, that is stalkerish behaviour. And when Gwen calls you on that..... time to change.
That many weevils following you is never a good time. Was it me, or was Owen sounding a lot like the Beast from the Satan Pit? Even the writing looked similiar...
*slaps self for not realising Faith is a girl's name*
Y'know, I was so expecting Owen to try to kick Death in the balls - the guy plays dirty. But is he like Jack now? Previews for the next ep did look like Owen's making use of his current condition. I suspect it's more a case of Owen's unkillable, but Jack keeps coming back from the dead - there's a distinct difference between the two.
Overall, another good solid episode in a good run of episodes. The series is definitely steadying out.
And there's an good interview with Burn Gorman aka Owen over at
Newsarama. Spoilers up to the end of season 1, though I can't answer for the posts afterwards.
