There seems to be a popular theory going around on Outpost Galifrey that it will be revealed in the finale that the Doctor is Rose's father.

I tend to lurk a little around the OG but I haven't been there for a week or so to be honest. It can't be serious, can it? I mean it's just... nah. It can't be.

Oh, there's more than enough subtext for Jackie wanting the Doctor, in a Biblical sense. But not so much for, "OMG, Jackie and the Doctor did it years ago and he's Rose's real Dad!" :)

Hum... Maybe next ep Rose will be transported back in time to Gallifrey, and then she'll be the Doctor's baby mother! :D
