and cos i'm so dopey, i've got a groin strain atm >.<
i was warming up in PE ab#ns we had to jump over the long jump track and when i jumped across
i pulled my inner leg muscle and screamed. literally.
i laid on the floor and my PE teach. said "are you alright?"
that's when i seriously could of swore in her face like "NO I'M NOT FUCKING ALRIGHT!"
so i just said "..no!"
"can you get up?"
"no!"
she helped me up and said "walk back see how you are"
i did and yelped (literally) and almost collasped. i had to sit out PE and i went to the medical room
limping.
got ice and it looked liked i had it on my crotch.
not a nice thing to do round school!
i still couldn't walk after school and this morning i still couldn't so i've got tomorrow and today off.
it hurts so much :A:
