may I waste your time too?
today I'm going to my friends first gig! it should be good :D
the other week, I went to see My Chemical Romance! they were absolutely brilliant
me, my dad and Telle got in the queue at 5 o'clock(ish) and then we got inside at 6, got our merch and went to find our places to stand.
we were stood behind these two american women. one was quite tall and the other was erm, a bit on the round side. she took off her top and underneath she was wearing this luminous green sports bra. we expected her to put on another top, but no. she continued to be topless. it wasn't attractive at all. but on the other hand, we met this lovely girl called Sophia. the night before, she had been on a trip to Austria! :O dedication or what? we got on quite well. cos this was the first time she had seen MCR (well, it was Telle's first time, too) we decided to look after her :)
LostAlone were okay, I guess. well, that's if you're into bands who's songs all sound the same. they were like a heavier version of Scouting For Girls who wanted to look like Noel Fielding. seriously, they all had black hair and the same haircut.
The Blackout were great! I hadn't really listened to them, but I knew a couple of songs and they knew how to work the crowd.
then MCR... WOW. they were amazing. I can't actually describe how great it was. I felt so alive.

and and and! we were 5/6 rows from the front and we got to stand at Frank's side :D at the end of the gig, he hugged Gerard and kissed his photos of the twins. I also noticed that on one of my accidental photos that he had his raygun, the BOOM! radio and a joke shop cut-off arm. and his guitar had Mickey Mouse holding it's decapitated head. I hardly got any photos of Ray which is a shame :(
the crowd was really rough at the beginning of The Blackout and MCR. they were pushing a lot and I nearly lost Sophia and Telle about 7 times during the night. and a crowd surfer decided to sit on my face -__- I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY CROWD SURFERS ARE ATTRACTED TO MY HEAD? JKLAJGHJKLGHAKLJ other than that, it was an awesome day/night :D
