Here you go, a nice long chapter to make up for the time between updates. Once again sorry it took a while! As I said, I like to make sure it’s all good before I post, and with the terrible flooding here in Australia I’ve been too busy to write much at any one time. The worst of the flooding was just 40 minutes away from where I live

It's actually really in the book, I think it's 'Through the Looking Glass' though, not Alice in Wonderland, but yeah she forgets who she is and meets this little fawn and he lets her hug him because he doesn't remember humans hunt them normally, and then when they step out of the wood he realises and runs away. I just based it on that but fleshed it out a bit more.

Ahhh... this whole story is wonderful. I admit, when I first started reading and learned Alice was married... I struggled with myself over whether I could risk a broken heart over a potentially sad ending. But I kept an eye on your updates and glimpsed a bit about Alice's madness and her imagining her husband (whom she'd based off of Tarrant) and... Yes, I HAD TO READ THIS STORY THOROUGHLY.

My goodness, but this is fabulous. I especially enjoyed these lines:
This is what you’ve done to me, Alice.
I never spoke with the intention of making sense before.

Ah, so wonderful. I got a bit of mist in my eyes then. And seeing Alice being "dragged" in the closet by a figment of her own imagination? Precious!

I can see that Alice is Noticing the inconsistencies now in her husband. Oh, the truth will out. Yes, yes, the truth will out and I am very much looking forward to the next chapter!

hehe I felt strangely guilty but satisfied to lead everyone on with Alice's supposed 'marriage', I knew it would annoy people. But I just kept my mouth shut and kept adding him in there and then couldn't wait for you all to see there was nothing to be apprehensive about! Muahaha! lol. Gah, that letter from Hatter to Alice was the hardest thing to write, I don't know why I made myself do it. But I'm glad you enjoyed that part, I was happy when I thought of that too!
