Hmm... hmmm... where did I put this and that? I've got a lot to prepare for, which makes tossing and turning a must. Like they say, to understand the present I should look back into the past. My minds all over the place but my motions are still a step ahead. Change, change is the way to be, no matter what people say. Its not the world I am beginning to talk to, rather it is myself. Its where I'm getting at, not where I'm supposed to be, as said by David Burns. "There is a difference between feeling better- which can occur spontaneously-and getting better-which results from systematically applying and reapplying the methods that will lift your mood whenever the need arises." Thankfully Jody's intervention has certainly put things back into perspective, just one more week till we meet again and talk about where we should go from there. After that it should be smooth sailing, Melissa, bc she knows how to manage time, I just can't wait to get things right this time, well... of course better.
