metro butch
I bought a new pair of Nikes and Reebox sneakers plus super very "in style" shorts YAY \o/. Tonight is The Real Housewives of NYC, all is well :-)
I thought very seriously last night about my "label" in the LGBTQA communities, labels are very much a part of the communities and I never felt as though I fit into any one category. I am female-bodied (a natal female) but I do feel as though I should have been born male, but I guess there was a bio fluke with me. I define my gender expression as soft masculinity hence I am mostly labeled as a butch (most view me as soft butch) and I am attracted to femininity in all forms from tomboy femmes to high femmes and women who do not ID as femme at all but are feminine, so yeah I do belong in the Butch/Femme community but no one butch label seemed to ever fit me! What's a butch to do, make up a new label (I don't if this is a label already used but...I stake claim to it lol j/k ;-) Meterosexual Butch!!!!!!!!!!!
