(no subject)
So...very...tired! Work has been going well. I'm getting in my lessons here and there. Right now I'm busy on my unit and possibly splitting one with my CT. That way he gets Jim Crow and I get imperialism! WAHOO!
I don't get to do much anymore. I'm very VERY broke since my hours at the good ol' Blockbuster had to be cut back for teaching. It didn't help for a time that my brother and sister-in-law refused to buy groceries that is supposedly paid for by my folks for a few days. Was not happy about going out to eat constantly. Trying to save for a wedding here.
I'm overworked and not paid...but I'm loving every minute of it. My staff rocks, I love watching movies at lunch time, and most of the kids are great. I just won't mention the other ones that I locked in the boiler room (hahahaha!)
Its spirit week right now and I have to get myself a pirate's costume by Friday since I'm helping with the homecoming activities and putting on a first year teacher's skit.
Oh well thats all for now. I'll be up in 7 hours and 55 minutes. Lets just hope the tigers get 8 runs before I fall asleep.
