(no subject)
What a week! Vacation Bible School is over! It's fun and all but a week is plenty long for me.
Hmm..what happened yesterday? I went to work and made like twenty bucks. That was a super fun time! Heh...riiiight....then I went to Zach's and we drove around and hung out. It was pretty fun. We went to Auto Zone and looked at all kinds of goodies for our cars. Then we wondered around Walmart. I couldn't talk him into doing anything stupid or amusing with me....that's probably a good thing though. He bought a Zippo lighter then, after we got out of the store and opened, it we discovered it needed lighter fluid. So, we got some at 7-11. I think I just went home after that....yeah 'cause I had to get up early.
Anyway, today was much more fun! When VBS was over I met Zachary at his house. He had a bad day...he got called into work on his day off AGAIN and to add some icing to the situation, his clutch when out. He can still drive....it just slips a lot. He really shouldn't be driving. Getting a new clutch and getting it installed is going to be REALLY expensive. Anyway, dispite his awful morning, we went to the theater to see "I, Robot." I was pleasantly surprised! I thought it would be a stupid movie..but it was REALLY good! Then we walked around the mall for a little bit.
I went to Carrie's around 4:30 and we went to ULTA to look at some perfume she really wanted. It ended up being extremely overpriced for the size of the bottle so we left and went to Don Pablos to eat. Yum! We then made a Hastings run. After hanging out at Carrie's for a while I called Zach. I was on my way to his house (and so was he...we were going to meet up) when I got a call from him. He said he needed me to come to the Braums parking lot. He had a flat! That boy has the worst luck with cars....or maybe just with that car. So I sat there while he changed over to his doughnut tire. I'm still not sure if that's how you spell it. Oh well. I've never really seen a tire changed so I feel like I learned something today. Then we thought "what the heck? since we're here we might as well get some ice cream!" So we did. Then we went to his house. Up til then I had never seen "Oceans Eleven" in it's entirety. It was on TNT so we watched it. What a great movie! Two great movies in one day?! It's like....a daily double! Yay!
Anywho, I should sleep well tonight. It's been a long day and an even longer week. Aight, I'm off to get some beauty sleep!
