You can try limewire (Version Tracker, look for limewire) or a torrent site (such as Torrent Spy).

To take screen shots, press shift + apple key + 3. The little pound sign above the three kind of looks like a camera shutter closing to me; that's how i remember it. The pictures will show up on your desktop as a file labeled "Picture 1" or "Picture 2", etc.
