[After first learning that she'd been put in charge of the next New Feather Party, Selphie had naturally cheered inside. She'd wanted to run around immediately and start gathering supplies, start planning for activities and well... common sense prevailed and any wild ideas were shoved in the trash for simpler ideas instead.
She's been thinking about how to get people to help out with this event. Planning these events took quite a bit of time and with just Selphie, Rise and Rydia doing all the work, it took quite awhile to get things ready. If they got more people involved, they could decorate, find the perfect location and so much more.

Hey Luceti! Who's up for a New Feather Party? I'd like to have it this weekend so there's not a whole lot of time but hey, we can pull it off if we all work together! Anybody willing to lend a hand? New Feathers and established residents are more than welcome to come lend a hand! But I will say this: No grumping allowed!
