[In case anyone's missed her, Selphie's been busy searching the forest for a certain Ceodore Harvey. She knows that he's been taken by the Malnosso but it hasn't stopped her from looking through a large area with a fine-toothed comb. She's getting frustrated at this point because she hasn't had any luck finding him and can probably be heard

[Terra's been wandering the forest as well, as much for her own sake as Ceodore's. She hasn't found anyone in need, though, and is pondering turning back toward town when she spots Selphie ahead. Waving, she heads over.]

Hello, Selphie.

[Selphie smiles cheerfully at her friend and waves back.]

[Terra pauses upon reaching Selphie and sits down beside her.]

[Terra doesn't seem quite convinced.]

You've been searching too, huh?

[Selphie's starting to think that she's not as good at hiding her feelings as she thinks she is.]

I'm not having any luck though. [She kicks a clump of dirt out of the way with the toe of her boot.]

[Terra nods, a small sigh escaping.]

Neither am I. I've been looking for him and...other people...but so far there's no sign of anyone. But it's rare when they take people for only a few days....

How long are they usually gone then? This waiting is really starting to get on my nerves.

When they took me, it was for almost two weeks. That was back in February.

[The more Selphie hears about Luceti's darker side, the more she starts to dislike this place.]

Hmmmmm... can't they experiment on the plants or something?

Maybe they do that, too. But I'm sure we're more interesting to them. If they think something about us can help them with their goals, who knows if they'll ever give up.
