This is Master Blaster, who, if you live under a rock and don't know, runs Bartertown. Well he actually doesn't, Aunty Entity (Tina Turner) does, but Master Blaster holds all the power because he runs the underground Methane plant. Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome is my favorite in the series. I'm not sure why, but right now it is.
Besides, who wouldn't love a guy who's name is Max Rockatansky.
