Megan has just introduced me to a new exchange student program called TWU and it's so much cheaper and it's so much easier to stay in touch with an assistant than AFS. A year in a differenty country with AFS was around average 9,000 and with TWU it's only like, 6,000.

I should be filling out my pre-application right now, but I'm stuck on the question of the country of my choice. I'm still a little shaky on where I want to go. I've limited it to three options; Russia, Australia or the U.K.

Here is Megan's feedback:
Megan: Australia-Cute surfers with hot accents. UK-Hot accents and hot scene kids...Russia-Ballet.

Gah!

I want to go to Russia so I can be more fluent in the language, my Russian isn't all that good, and the ballet there is beautiful, I'd love to see it, but I'd probably get way too lonely.

The U.K. would be super because that's where Megan is going, it's not as if the U.K. is all that big, so even if we weren't boarded together we could still keep in contact and that would help with our homesickness. But I would be too afraid to go there because all the kids there are scene and they wouldn't like me.

Australia would be amazing, I could see so many animals, but I really don't like the sun all that much, I prefer a cold winter day to a hot summer day, and I would be so afraid of getting skin cancer. /=

Hey, how about this, YOU TELL ME WHERE TO GO.
kthx!
