Even that simple title makes me want to spew up praise for the awesomeness of this movie series with strategically placed expletive nesting in the bosom of the aforementioned praise . In huge capitals.

As it is, I have not seen the movie yet, but this pretty much shows how much I'm looking forward to this. I watched the first movie and it was epic. This I'm sure(and the internet community is fucking sure that it is) is going to blow the first movie out of the water. So yeah. Time to purge my hard drive. Sorry Utada Hikaru. I'M KICKING YOU OUT HAHAHAHAHA! (and you too super junior. And dbsk. Wait, is dbsk even alive? Meh.)
Oh yeah, Banana. I know how much you love Gintama and of course, love to spread the love, but I have to admit, I do struggle a little bit when you talk about the series because, well, you're at the stage where you've defeated 100 boss levels, obtained a gazillion spirit orbs and are at Level 5000 thus obtaining the title SUPER UNDEFEATABLE GAME MASTER. Me? I'm a novice who enjoys the crazy openings and endings :)
Sigh. Despair. What else is there in the deep pit of cartoon world that has the merits of oddity, humor and mindfuckery without being too far out like Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei and Tatami Galaxy while still maintaining the superficial requirement of being pretty?
Anime please.

It's weird. It's sweet. Indecent exposure in the first episode. Oh yes.
IT'S SHAFT BABEEHHHH!!
Plus, this is a strange little gem(like really. This anime lasts for 13 episodes only. Yaih.) that, though odd, has a heart. For instance, the beginning monologue at the start of each episode is somewhat solemn and at times deep. There's a bit of romance too. Not the overwhelming type of romance with the happy-go-lucky heroine and the overly-brooding hero saying 'I will protect you!' before going into self-sacrifice mode, but just a subtle one that when you catch it, it just warms your heart. Love it.
