USD = Undeniably Slow Dimwits
Shortly after I moved on over here, I found out that the Sun Prairie School District was hiring Special Ed. Teacher Assistants. According to their website, there were 60 positions open for the job. I thought it would be nearly perfect for what I wanted. It offered benefits and all that jazz even! And being their were a whopping 60 places to fill, I figured my chances were pretty good. I sent a fax USD to have my official transcripts sent to me here, as well as a not-so-official copy faxed to me. It took nearly 3 weeks for the silly fax to be sent to me, and it took about a dozen phone calls to the registrar's office for even that to happen. As soon as I did get the not-so-official copy, I drove all of my application materials over to the Sun Prairie School Admin. building ASAP. And then I waited a little while. Uggg It seems that all 60 positions were being interviewed and hired for before I received my fax. AND I'm still waiting for the official transcripts in the mail. They supposedly re-mailed the little buggers last week, but I have yet to see them.
