I refuse to believe that the intent of the poisoning could ever be justified as worth the toll that it took. I don't know who to blame, so I suppose I'll listen to my superiors for now, surely they'll have answers. It's unbearable, to think that those people were in that much pain before dying. May their souls rest in peace, I hope they've at least been given a proper burial. Just as well, everyone-- and not only those around Doma, should be taking precautions to keep an eye out for suspicious behavior. Likely or not, this must never be allowed to happen again.
Personally I think this holiday came just in time. Things have been rough, and I say it's about damn time we find something to be happy about. To do nothing but wallow in sadness would only be giving the fiends who attacked Doma what they want. I don't mean outright throw parties, but at least take this as an opportunity to spread, erm, love-- and prove how strong we are! Lets honor those who died!
Bollocks to those criminals! I've never really celebrated this holiday before, so I'm not entierly sure what to do-but..I-I-I'm...I'm going to find some flowers or something!
