Because I'm 'working' and therefore getting paid to goof off on the EllJay...
My returning shows for Fall (in order of addiction factor):
1. Smallville--HOLY FRAKKIN SHIT, I CAN'T WAIT. Season 6 was arguably the best season ever; I have such high hopes for S7!
2. Supernatural--This is my newest fangirl addiction, having downloaded and mainlined all of S1 and S2 this summer, so I am totally pumped to see in on my big shiny TV every week :)
3. The Office--This is the show that has been saving my brain on a weekly basis for three years now. It started as a necessary form of therapy when I was actually working in an abysmal office job myself, but the hilarity of the show has lasted far beyond the sucky job. Funniest writing on TV perhaps?
4. Bones--I totally started watching this for David Boreanaz, I won't lie to you. But now I'm hooked by the smart dialogue, the weekly mysteries and the awesome cast. I have such a girl!crush on Angela!!!
5. Heroes--I still go back and forth on this one. I'm such a hard-core sci-fi/superheroes fangirl that I really feel like I _should_ like this show more than I do. I just 'like' it...I don't lurve it. Eh: we'll see how season 2 turns out.
New shows that I'm trying out (we'll see if I like 'em, or if I even have enough time to watch them all--eek!):
1. Bionic Woman--I'm pretty much going to watch this whether it sucks or not cuz of the Katee-Rulez-My-Brain factor
2. Reaper--this one looks funny, and I have soft spot for supernatural comedies...
3. Chuck--Also looks funny and nerdy at the same time, we'll see how it turns out.
4. Pushing Daisies--And again with the supernatural comedies. Pattern forming here?
So who knows when I'm actually going to get schoolwork/work-work done with all this TV watching I have planned for myself...
And I have new icons! [in addition to the pretty Flight of the Conchords and Supernatural/Padalecki/Ackles icons I hunted for a few weeks ago *g*]
The amazingly generous and ever-talented
lunar47 made my Boom Queen requests!!!
DAMN THEY ARE SO PRETTY I CAN HARDLY STAND IT.
And I made an icon version of the Mr's toaster-love cylon cartoon from before. Feel free to snag, just credit me if you do :)
ICON LOVE, y'all.
