Fred grabbed his coat and headed towards the door, stepping out into the cloud filled sky. It was a blustery November morning and he had a date with his sister. So rare were the weekend days they were both free that he'd decided they'd ought to do something rather special.
He'd sent his owl ahead, words scribbled, Change of plans, Gin, meet me at

She was about to head out when Fred's owl arrived with the new meeting point. The Eye? That's a weird choice from Fred. She shrugged it off as she threw on her coat and pocked her wand. Ginny loved going on The Eye. Seeing the city from high up the way muggles do was exciting and intriguing to her. Nothing could compare to being up on a broom but then again see the way muggles put a little bit of "magic" into their lives was amazing. She was fascinated by it but not nearly to the point of crazy that her father was.
With a quick turn and an uncomfortable pop Ginny was out of her flat and in a side alley of London just a few blocks away. She hurried out into the crowd in search of Fred. It didn't take her long to spot her brother.
"Hey! Fred!" she called out with a wave as she approached.

Fred reached out his arms and brought his sister into a big bear hug. "How are ya, kiddo?" he asked teasingly. The girl was a kid no more, she was at least his height, if not a bit taller.

Turning to walk down the promenade, Fred tried to summarise the past few days' events. "So the shop's been mental, I've been doing crazy overtime, and George's Slytherin lady friend is in hospital." He sighed. "So life is crazy!"

For all her fierceness Ginny had as soft heart. How she managed to keep it through everything was a bit of a mystery even to herself.

Fucking Malfoy.
He stopped and turned Ginny to the left. "But onto more pleasant topics," he grinned, "voila!"
They were standing in front of the London Aquarium. Fred was so proud of himself for thinking of such an awesome place to take her.

They stopped in front of the aquarium. Fred flourished with an excited voila at it and Ginny couldn't help the huge grin from spreading over her face. "Oh Fred! This is wonderful!" Ginny turned her grin towards her brother. "I've been wanted to come here for a while now."

"I hear you can pet a ray!" Fred's excitement oozed out of him. "I want to pet a ray!"
And with that, he grabbed her hand and dragged her to the queue.

"I hope they have Baluga Whales. Those are always my favorite," Ginny said as she grabbed up an aquarium map to see what all was there to do.

The two Weasley's entered the aquarium, and Fred immediately 'ooooh'd," looking at the walls of tanks surrounding them.
A fish with the face of a man skidded past, and he laughed. "Ginny! Look! My third twin!" he cried, pulling a face with the fish swimming towards the glass.

There were a few different exhibits for them to check out from sharks and seahorses to penguins and beluga whales. Ginny was more excited to see the latter group. She moved to stand next to Fred and watch the fish as well.

"Could we find her in the penguins?" He began to walk deeper into the aquarium, "or maybe you'll look like a.... Starfish!" Fred laughed and draped his arm across the youngest Weasley's shoulders.

They'd reached the penguins and, he couldn't help it, he rushed forward to the barrier like a small child. Okay, and pushing several small children out of the way. "Lookit the cures!" He incoherently pointed them out to Ginny. Penguins were standing everywhere, waddling, sliding down ice into the frigid water.

As soon as she saw all the penguins, waddling and swimming, that appearance cracked. "Awww! They're so cute!" she squealed showing just as much excitement over the penguins as Fred.
"Oooo! Look at that one! He has such crazy eye brows!" She pointed to one of the penguins that was standing above the others on it's own rock.

"He's a happy bugger," Fred laughed to Ginny, obvious delight on his face. "Let's go find the rays!"
He playfully pulled her hand towards the next exhibit.
