Spare Story Claims are now Open
Here is a reminder for the rules:
Spare Story Rules
1. After each generation’s heir announcement, the spares for that generation will be announced in a separate post. No one may make a request for a claim before that announcement.
2. The only way to make a claim is to PM all four of the maintainers at Boolprop (smoothiequeen87, ladylarkrune, Orikes, and fireflower314) with a request. No other requests will be honored.
3. People who have not yet done a Spare Story receive priority. Writers of completed Spare Stories can request immediately, however we are still going to give priority to people who have not taken a spare story. Writers who have an uncompleted claim may not make a request at all. Writers of abandoned spare stories are encouraged to finish the spare story they abandoned and will need to contact the mods to reinstate their claim. (People on the List of Players who have turns coming soon are not barred from making Spare Story claims, but we do discourage it.)
4. In order to consider a wide range of time zones, any requests made during the first 48 hours after an announcement will be put into a lottery. Lark will randomly select one person if there is more than one request, and that person will get the claim. After the first 48 hours, claims will be given on a first come, first serve basis.
5. Twins may count as one claim, but a person making a request does not have to claim both twins.
6. There is no deadline to complete Spare Stories. However, we will be asking about your progress from time to time.
7. Spare Story material may not interfere with or alter anything from the canon plotline.

At Annie's request we have included all of the children from the Mole-Doran clan since they were an integral part of her story.
In addition, due to real life conflicts, we have another spare available:

We also have a newer thing that we are doing. For those spares who have had their story started but then abandoned by their authors we will allow those spares to be claimed again if someone wishes to do so. The spares who have been abandoned are:

Liam Doran
Jason Doran
Adam Doran
Brendon Doran
We are not offering the Gen 10 spares yet but the sims themselves should be availible for download soon.
