You can shrink already placed beach lots down using the LotAdjuster. I've tried it and nothing terrible happened! Obviously, you only change the width of the lot, not the depth/length otherwise you'll bu**er up the beach :P

Yeah... I've never used the lot adjuster myself, so I was just hoping there might be some smaller sizes available for download sonewhere so I wouldn't have to monkey with it ;)
