Taylor has a broken face.
OMG Nymeria isn't UGLY! Her face is just broken!
So... I was enamored with Nym when she was a toddler. I thought she was sweet as a child. And she was pretty as a teen. But when she became an adult, she kind of went a bit derpy around the eyes. And I got to thinking about it, and the same thing happened to Imogen.
I have all the Stitches up until Nymeria extracted, so I had a look at them closely in Bodyshop, and it's as I suspected. Take a look.
EXHIBIT A: Nymeria Stitch, from toddler to elder. See the difference to her eye and eyebrow shape in the adult lifestage? Then it reverts when she becomes an elder.
You can see it more clearly in this closeup.
EXHIBIT B: Mal as is, compared to genderswap!Mal. The eyes look nothing alike.
EXHIBIT C: Imogen as a teen, compared to Imogen as an adult. The eyebrows, eyes and the lip shapes change. HERE you can see Imo through the ages, compared to how she would look as an adult male.
EXHIBIT D: Gigi through the ages. Note the difference to her lips as an adult, and also her nose I'm noticing just now.
And here we have the culprit. This is genderswap!Taylor. One of these things is not like the others. I'm not sure which set of default face replacements Taylor's face came from (I switched at least twice since he was created), but you can plainly see Nym and Imo's eyes, plus Gigi and Imo's lips. It looks a lot like the default Maxis face 25 to me.
Big Question is... How do I fix it?
It bothers me, because Gigi has a daughter, and Imo has two sons who I'll also have to fix, not to mention Baz and Sandor.

Here's Mal. The difference on him is pretty subtle. He inherited most of his features from Soukie, only his eyes and brows came from Taylor. And since the template borkedness only seemed to affect adult females... but I did him anyway, just in case he gets Mona pregnant again... >.>
The changes are most drastic on the girls. Gigi here inherited her eyes from Soukie, her nose, mouth, lips and chin all came from Taylor, so she looks very different now.
And both the pictures are labelled 'after'... d'oh. But you can see the difference!
Here's Imo. Her nose came from Soukie, her eyes, brow and mouth are Taylor's, so they are now fixed. I also fixed her two sons, Vincent and Taylor Jnr., but since they're both boys the changes are too subtle to really notice, like with Mal.
Nymeria. I think it was only the eyes and brow with her. She inherited most of Mal's facial features, including that chin I'm so fond of. But that simple change to the eyes makes a big difference, don't you think?
And Barristan. Again, since he's a dude, he didn't display any symptoms of being borked, but I can tell you he has the same eyes as Nym. When I genderswapped him in BS, fem!Baz had the dodgy eyes. No picture of Sandor, because I couldn't actually tell the difference between his before and after pictures!
Sheesh that's a lot of picspam! While this whole thing was a bit of a pain to fix, it really was interesting to see who inherited what features. And it's really nice to have Gigi and Imo back to looking as cute as they were as teens!
