Hormones are becoming more and more interesting to me as we read further into the *ahem* TEXTBOOK OF BIOLOGY!! *eerie music plays* O.o;; . . . Ok, it's not the hormones themselves that are interesting, but what they can do. I mean, it's like p53 - a really cool biological function that most people have either never heard of or don't think twice about! I've actually drawn a few Bio-inspired things that are in my SA gallery, but people there remained woefully unappreciative. T.T They'll never truly UNDERSTAND the "magic" of biological functions, methinks. . .
Then. . . I've finally managed it! HA! My father has FINALLY been defeated by one of my math teachers!! FINALLY! Usually he'll look over my work and claim that if I did everything right, and my answer doesn't match the teacher's, then the teacher messed up. But NOW he can't GET the answer. He's been trying for hours, and we just can't simplify this algebraic trig. function beyond a certain point. Our answer works with what the numerical value turns out being, but it's a complex fraction and isn't very pretty. . .
"Lolita"'s beginning to inspire some giggles, too, perverted as it as. I mean, some things seem stupid, but a Pedofile's speech justifying his tastes to his 13-year-old lover is just FUNNY. Especially when he twists around proven facts and insults the renowned Mann law. The good point is, I'm getting into the book again. The bad point is, it's due back the 8th and I can't renew it. . . stupid schools have assigned it somewhere, and all the copies are unavailable. Looks like I'll just have to discard my crappy dime-store-novels and actually read something that utilizes some of my brain cells for once. Yes, I knew this day would come, but it still makes me sad. . .T.T
