ZOMG 9 Days!!!!!
The wedding plans are coming along. Our wedding are here and they are beautiful. Can't wait to wear it! Yesterday, my AMAZING (tmi) undergarment arrived and I want to order like 97 of them, even if it does make me feel like a high school wrestler.
Mom is flying in today so we can get down to the business of... doing nothing. There really isn't much to do to get ready for this wedding because of the style of it. We have to make my bouquet, find klassy tablewear and some sort of sparkling beverage. Tomorrow, I have my second dress fitting. Saturday night is my "bachelorette" party. I need to get my music together. Make a card box. And really, that's about it.
(I'm a little worried about how Brett is going to do with Mom being in town. I know I'm going to have to do a little adjusting in my normal mom's-in-town-stuck-to-her-like-velcro routine, but it is so difficult because I don't get to see her that often.)
I had an email from Lottie Guts of the DDG this morning letting me know who has confirmed to come to the wedding. I am fangirling (squealing and flailing and all) all over the place and can't believe the guest list. I feel so HONORED that so many people CHOSE to come to this event. I mean WOO! Look at this:

I am SO excited that she's coming!!!!), Whiskey Soured (one of my favorite personalities in the league), Lady MacDeath, Tess Tackles (whose number, infinity, cracks us up every time we see her skate, because, well, it looks like balls), Muffy Mafioso (fellow librarian and boss of the wedding guest book!!!! She has a special place in our hearts and was INCREDIBLY instrumental in getting Brett to love derby!)
From the PistolWhippers - Honey Suckit (my all time favorite since my very first match! Love her hotpants and her death stare!), Sarah Hipel (the skater formerly known as Killbox - I am SO FLOORED about having her there), Cassie Corridor, Cold Fusion
I mean...SERIOUSLY? This is like... EVERYONE! I have NO IDEA how I'm going to contain my fangirliness. My guests are in for a killer scrimmage! I just... WOW!
