I don't even want to know what I would have done if I would have been in your sub's position. My head would have exploded!

And even though I put Georgia in a Obama '08 shirt the other day, I'm like you in that I'm glad my parents did impose their political/religious ideals on me--well, aside from the attitude of cynicism and skepticism that my mom holds when it comes to those things.

BUT! My mom had an indirect influence over my political leanings; she bought me a subscription to Sassy magazine, and I credit that for turning me into a espresso drinkin', arugula eatin', book-learned, elite, atheistic commie-pinko-socialist, bleedin' heart, baby killin' LIBRUL!!! :D
