Hardison is DEFINITELY going to die in this plan...

So, either because I am SUPER confident in my planning abilities or because I am insane (much more likely), I have agreed to go with faith_king to Dragon*Con in Atlanta, Georgia over Labor Day weekend. Why is this crazy? Because I am a first-year teacher. Not only will I be missing the very first Friday of the entire school year, I will be giving up a weekend of planning time, meaning I will need to have TWO weeks worth of lesson plans by Monday the 27th, not just one.

Did I mention I'm a first year special ed teacher? Oh, yes. That too.

It's doable (I HOPE), but for the sake of my sanity, I am going to make a list on here of everything that I need to get done for both things. Then I can use the "strikethrough" feature, which I find super satisfying, to keep track of my progress.
