That is one of my absolute most favorite moments from Big Bang Theory, with poor Sheldon doped up on Valium. And yeah, the Shep pic is from that strangest-ep-ever "Vegas", but the whole suit jacket with the button-up shirt, no tie and top button undone is just...hot. :D
