and clock keeps going around....backwards!?
This weekend was fall show - and thank goodness it's finally over! It was a great show, i finally got to do the lights board, and we had a great turnaout. Thank goodness for that time change business - I needed that extra hour of sleep. Tech week and Rehearsal week can take a lot out of a person. And as far as my last post is concerned: no he didn't come and the latter is still coming to school, but easily avoidable haha.
So not a whole lot has really been going on besides drama stuff. Marching band is over (BOOO!!! Too soon!!) but concert band is okay so far. First quarter has just ended and I can't believe how fast this school year is going. I'm really enjoying my classes thus far. In bio, we've been watching this video about genetics and it turns out that the same genetic mutation that made certain people immune to the plague also makes them/ their decendants immune to AIDS. How cool is that? Still, I actually sent in my housing to U of I a couple days ago.... so weird to think this time next year I'll actually be in college...
Today's pretty much going to be my homework day. Shouldn't be too bad...
