If I eat pretty much anything I want in quantities I want, the weight I trend up to is 190. It seems that this has been so for the past 20-25 years. I am at that weight today. With any efforts in self-control over the last few months - brief though they were - I never really got below 184 or so. Not a huge difference in the way my jeans felt.
With the closure in one phase of my life (school), I hope to be able to focus for a longer period of time on attention to health. It's such a whiny place to be - this indulgent eating beyond what I need, no exercise, and then being all regretful about it as I hunt for something comfortable to wear each morning.
Let's try a new calorie counting web site. Let's make scones once every two or three weeks vs. weekly. Let's reduce portions. Let's eat more fruit and vegetables. Let's shrink so my wardrobe will expand. Yeah.
