Google+, Tour de France, and Apartment things
I have an account, because I needed one more social media thing to check. :) I'm Patty [Last Name] over there.
I've poked around a little bit. I think it will be fine once more people join.
This morning I've watched the last space shuttle launch (yes I teared up a little), and watched Mark Cavendish win his 17th (or 18th, I've lost count) Tour De France stage win.
Emily Grace and I have noticed that the HTC boys don't kiss each other NEARLY as much as the Garmin boys do. This is a shame. We think this might be because they are the "rugged and manly hotness team" whereas Garmin is the "pretty, pretty boys hotness team".
In case you were wondering Yes, we have ranked the teams in terms of hotness AND we have given each team a "type" of hotness. The thing about Tour watching is that flat stages, while they end with a LOT of excitement, tend to be kind of boring and there's only so much listening to the commentators prattle on about who they think is going to win that you can do. So EG and I make up our own commentary. And let me tell you we are highly entertaining.
Also how can you not love a team that 1)has a guy named THOR on it, and 2) did this at their team presentation:
They are awesome!
Now I need to go work on the apartment. Almost all the boxes are unpacked but nothing is really put where it needs to go. Which means our apartment currently looks kind of like a Pier One threw up decorative objects all over our living and dining rooms.
