Hey, I just found this awesome community and decided to join. I have worked for Books-A-Million for two and a half years, and to this day (which, by the way, is also Employee Discount Day!) I still wonder why I have stayed. Ever-changing co-workers, for one, and the most interesting menagerie of customers, for seconds. Anyway, I am the SWIFT specialist and I run the back room.. my boss hates me because I have a vagina. We recently had someone try to return a special edition Harry Potter book for 75 dollars in cash without a receipt, and one of my managers actually allowed it. Is anyone else looking forward to Harry Potter night with the same amount of excitement and dread that I am? I remember the night of book five...(shudders). Long story short, just wanted to introduce myself!
