anyone here also work for b.dalton or some other bookstore that has open backed shelving? (yeah, i'd like to strangle the guy that bought them for the stores.) how often do you clean out between the units? are you ever scared to stick your hand back there for retrieval? have you ever complained to the company about it and successfully had it fixed? (heh, yeah right)
