*Jr.'s face is deadly serious when it appears on screen, and his everpresent cowboy hat is missing. Instead, he's wearing a serious scowl, almost disturbingly calm for the situation. He has the aura of someone who's been there and seen that before about him, despite his apparent age.*
Alright, I'm not gonna bother telling civilians to get to shelter, since other people seem to have that covered. What I am gonna do is make sure people know where the hell they're most needed. Anyone who can control fire or any form of water, get out there and look for the people who got trapped. Try to get a healer with you, if there are any available. I don't want to hear about any supposed rescuers getting themselves killed because they got hurt in a bad place.
Anyone without relevant powers that still wants to help, there's going to be a lot of maintenance involved in keeping a bunch of people safe from this if it goes on for too long. Anyone who's pretty sure they can get outside and back without getting hurt, we'll need people to gather any surviving food, water and supplies. People who can cook or tend to wounds without magic, keep to the shelters. We're going to need those skills before long.
As for all you assholes who don't give a crap about other people, don't even think about ignoring this. If this city burns down, you'll end up dead too, so get your asses in gear and get out there. And I don't want to hear any crap about who you don't want to work with, either. This isn't the time for personal grudges, got it?
