Finding a Story

I am trying to find a story I read previously. It is Fred/Hermione ship. From what I can recall, Fred is hurt during the final battle and Hermione post-pones her studies to help Fred heal. She is going with Ron at the beginning and they argue about her helping Fred, but ends being a Fred/Hermione ship. I would really like to find it again. Thank you.
