Charlie/Hermione Plot Bunnies looking for a nuturing author(s)

Hi

I'm brand new to the live-journal world and this will be my first official post. I'm posting a couple of plot bunnies that I'm hoping will interest someone or several someones enough to develop the stories. The first is based on the Marriage Law posted at WIKTT. The second is based on a theory I have about the HBP.

Hermione receives a marriage contract from Lucius Malfoy (pardoned after the defeat of Voldemort claiming that he was under the Imperious). All of the Weasley males are taken except Charlie. Molly and Arthur send out a marriage contract on behalf of Charlie not wanting Hermione to have to marry Malfoy. They believe that he would be extremely cruel to her since they believe he blames her for Draco's death during the war. Hermione quickly accepts the contract believing that Charlie sent it of his own free will and definitely not wanting to marry Lucius Malfoy.

She overs hears a heated conversation between Molly, Arthur and Charlie when he receives the accepted contract. He hadn't seen Hermione since the World Quidditch cup so all he remembered was a bushy haired, buck toothed know-it-all. Which are the words he uses to describe her to his parents in anger at them sending out the contract without discussing it with him first.

The contract can't be broken so Charlie and Hermione wed. (For the purposes of what I had in mind for plot the newly married couple has six months to consummate the marriage. The Ministry felt it was being gracious since many of the witches didn't know the wizard's
they were soon to be married to. If the marriage was not consummated in six months the marriage became null and void forcing the witch to marry one of the other wizards who had sent a contract whether they were her choice or not.)

Five months into her marriage Hermione and Charlie still haven't consummated the marriage. She was hoping that if she gave Charlie time to get to know her that he might begin to care for her and possibly be attracted to her. It wasn't working and she had no desire to marry Lucius Malfoy. She wasn't sure what to do since she had begun to care for Charlie.

Charlie comes home from a particularly trying day at work so he is already short-tempered. He and Hermione end up having an argument (which is typical for them in this idea) and she makes a comment that Malfoy would have at least been man enough to have consummated the marriage by now.

Charlie loses complete control of his temper at having his virility compared to Lucius Malfoy. Commence with very rough sex here.

Hermione leaves Charlie believing that he doesn't care for her and never will. She moves in with Fred and George (believing that they wouldn't ask questions, was she wrong?) (Are Fred and George a help or a hindrance to Charlie?) temporarily until she can find a flat of her own. Charlie comes home to find Hermione and her things gone. He realizes that he had fallen in love with her during the time they had lived together. He finally finds her at the twins flat. Takes days?, weeks? or months? to convince her that he loves her and to have her fall in love with him again. (I believe for the purposes of the idea that Hermione should be a virgin making it harder for Charlie to convince her to take him back. I could picture her having this dream of her first time being with a man she loved who loved her in return and that it would be romantic and beautiful.)

More smut to make up for his earlier behavior during their fight.

The second plot bunny contains spoilers for HBP

The theory is that Snape was already bound by an Unbreakable Vow with Dumbledore so that he couldn't betray the Order of the Phoenix. Snape had no choice but to enter into an Unbreakable Vow with Narcissca because Bellatrix would have made certain that Voldemort would suspect that Snape was a traitor. He returns to Hogwarts and informs Dumbledore of his dilemma. Dumbledore tells him that if Draco fails he must fulfill the vow to Narcissca. Dumbledore then explains that the curse that injured him is slowly killing him cell by cell and that it will be a long slow painful death.

My plot bunny has Dumbledore deciding that Snape would need someone to be his contact within the OoTP. He knows that most of the members distrust Snape already and that they would not agree to be a part of Dumbledore's death based on past deeds. His only choice is to ask someone who does not have the grudges of the past. His only choice is Hermione Granger. Tonks could be her contact within the OoTP (up to the author whether she has a contact or delivers her information directly to the OoTP) Might lead to an interesting side story with Remus.

Hermione, Snape, Dumbledore and contact? enter into a magical bond. Not necessarily the Unbreakable Vow but maybe something just as strong without the death aspect.

For several months Hermione's behavior becomes irratic as the fighting intensifies. She goes to meet Snape in the seedy part of Diagon Alley. Charlie Weasley happens to be back in Britain and on a mission for the OoTP in the same area. He sees Hermione talking to a
hooded figure. When they both end up at headquarters again Charlie makes a comment about seeing Hermione in ??????. She denies that she was ever there explaining that he must have been mistaken. He begins to watch Hermione's movements and occasionally follows her when his OoTP assignments don't interfere.

Since he doesn't know her that well and hasn't spent much time around her, he believes that she's supplying information to the Death Eaters. (Maybe someone with a better imagination can explain the rationale behind his belief that the Death Eaters would accept help from Hermione and why she would be willing to help them.)

He decides the best way to get proof since no one would believe him is to romance her and maybe she would let something slip. She falls in love with him and he of course falls in love with her but she finds out the reason he took her to his bed in the beginning was so that he could obtain proof that she was leaking information to the Death Eaters. She ends the relationship and goes on an undercover
assignment not allowing Charlie to explain that he was truly in love with her even though he initially started their relationship because he thought she was a spy. The final battle arrives and after the smoke clears Voldemort is dead as are most of the Death Eaters. Snape is proven innocent of being a traitor and Hermione's role as his confidante comes out. However, Hermione is seriously injured in the
battle. Charlie stays with her and tends to her until she's recovered.

Insert smut and preferably a happy ending here.

Feel free to change, delete or modify anything that I mentioned in either of the plot bunnies above to make the stories work better.

Rating: NC-17++ preferred but will accept other ratings just to read Charlie/Hermione.

Don't want: Anal or pregnancy

Thanks for reading the post. I hope to read several variations of the above plot bunnies.
