I really am not connecting to this month's selection at all.  I'm skimming, and I NEVER skim.  I hate the time jumps, I don't care about the characters, I don't need an entire paragraph on vomit or pee, I don't see why she needs to use fifteen sentences when two or three would suffice.

Things I do find interesting: the depiction of Christianity...that's kind of it.
