and finally.. after some strings of okay stories in the series, i have reached Devil May Cry and have gotten completely sucked in again. this story rocks, and i absolutely can't wait till i get to Acheron.
i'm not finished with DMC cause i'm trying to completely and thoroughly enjoy the story, but i have to say something. i really have to learn to stop reading when i know a scene which has potential to make me cry starts to show up
seriously, the 1st time reunion scene w/Katra and Ash had me bluberring like a baby. Ash is so my favourite DH, and having him be so devasted at finally just finding out that he's got a daughter who's already a woman breaks my heart. and then, when they finally get to meet each other... *tears*. it really isn't fair that he got robbed of being present while she grew up.
on another note... i really don't think i'm feeling the Dream-Hunter series. it's considered a seperate series from the Dark-Hunter series, but technically, it's a series w/in the larger DH one. but anyhow, the Dream-Hunter books... kinda boring for the most part. and kinda rushed at parts. it's going to be a b**** trying to get through those books. =S
