New Projects
Here are some sneak peeks at the next projects on my list:
A new art quilt coming soon. These colors combined make my heart skip a beat.
These are new wallets that are hopefully coming together today. Bright, for spring and Easter!
Last night Brian and I went to Dallas** so that I could spend time with him and he could listen to an author reading from his new book. While Brian listened to the author and asked thoughtful questions, I meandered around the Borders store. Normally I'm thrilled to attend a lecture, but yesterday I just really wanted to zone out and not think for 30 minutes. But while I was meandering, I came across the newest Cutting Edge magazine and inside it was none other than my friend Nikki!
** I know I've posted about Dallas before, but people there sure aren't committed to being nice. Our waiter gave us the cold shoulder even before we ordered only water and one entree to share!
I see such potential for growth on the horizon- personally and for Bookish. It's an exciting time to be in love with what I'm doing and I am so thankful for everyone who's already contributed to this first part of business year #2! Every day as I leave the house, I walk by this blooming little group and smile.
