Based on the consonant transpositions apparent in the first two, "G-Bays" makes me wonder if you guys have BJ's Wholesale Club where you are? I've been to the one in Revere (MA) a couple of times and have noticed a lot of Aa-sized kids there who think it is just the coolest place to run around in while their parents are shopping.

I'm still stumped on the fourth one.

To be fair, G-Bays was probably the first of these terms to appear, and he's more or less grown out of it now and is using the correct term instead. It's something you might find around the house.
