And then, real life...alas.
Orientation week starts tomorrow: meetings, meetings everywhere and not a drop to drink until after five when the marathon departmental meetings end. Then next Monday school starts. I'm teaching one class MWF and will be taking at least one (probably two) seminars. As such, the fic will slow way down. I've still wrestling with a "Martha meets Eleven" that I like too much to give up on...but I'm stuck. Writing fic has become a part of my whole writing process (I'm a grad student, and writing fic this summer has actually taught me a lot about how and why I write, so, BONUS), so maybe I'll actually end up writing more. But I tend to lose track of things once the breakneck pacing of school kicks in, so it's hard to say. Here's to seeing you all soon!
