My birthday was a good day.
It was a good day despite that I completely FORGOT to go to class and I had a dream that Ellen DeGeneres's mother was murdered and it was my fault.
I stitched, I bitched, I had a good day at work. I found out that I will get a better schedule at work! Yay!
The blind lady that once cussed out Andrea came to the desk. She asked for Mary Ann and I said that she wasn't working. She acted all pissy and asked if I could help her. Then she proceeds to tell me about all these journal articles that she needs. I tell her that is more of a Reference Desk thing and I can lead her over there if she likes. Then she says, very huffily I might add, "So what you're saying is, you don't want to do your job?!" To which I replied, "No, Mary Ann is nice to do that for you. Would you like me to lead you to the Reference desk?" She begrudgingly accepted. When I told the Stitch and Bitchers this, it was split evenly as to whether or not I was being mean.
This weekend is the animal rights coference and I am very excited. I hope it won't suck. I will have a report soon with pictures.
