Villains Are Destined to Die, Vol. 1 by Gwon Gyeoeul

I think this may be my first manhwa. It's the very popular trope of a character finding herself the villainess of a game she had been playing, and trying to survive. I've not read many, rejected a few more in the bookstore, but this is the best of that limited set. A promising beginning.

For one thing, the heroine is drawing comparisons between her life in both worlds (painfully similar) toward character development, and making plans to survive. She's the adopted daughter of a noble house, taken in after their daughter vanished, for a resemblance that she grew out of. Miserable in the family, with the servants keenly aware of how little protection she has, knowing that the real daughter will appear in a few weeks, and aware that she had to win over one of the five love interests before the daughter appears.

She oscillates between living and being aware of game mechanics in a very reasonable manner, and does not scruple to take responsibility for things that aren't her fault if it will work. She also discovers that some of what she learned from the game was -- understated if not inaccurate.
