The part I enjoyed most about this is it gave the history in addition to the haunting. In fact, it's more on the history than it is on the ghosts. It has a lot of nice photos to go with it. I would have liked a bibliography on the history aspects of this. I got to see some of the haunted locals myself (though one of them here doesn't match the story I heard while in Newport). It certainly got me interested in looking up more of Newport's history. I was curious though why some non-Newport stories were included in this (including Salem Mass).
