i really want to keep and remember this story. when i first got into fandom i had no idea that remus and sirius could be a couple. they always struck me as great friends though. this story is a good example of the stuff that made me like them more and want them to be a couple. in it they are friends and maybe something more but it is more about the adventure than the romance. sirius is very cool here. he is very masculine in a old-school kinda way. i do not mean that he is rough and tumble but that he reminds me of a man in an old black and white movie. he is on the run and very smart. he reminds me of a spy or a soldier or something even though he is on the run. it is a really cool story and i wish i knew who wrote it. someday i will.
